So without being long winded. My utmost thanks to Chad and multiple YouTube videos and learning about delamination of campers which included mine. I went to work.. found the problem and demo’ed and now rebuilding the front end of my pull behind. Yes. I didn’t check my roof seal well enough which contributed to this major issue. Long story short. Cassones RV were the only company in the US to answer about getting this Stabond adhesive to me for this repair. Good follow up service after the sale

Great place, trustworthy, and do an awesome job. Even when I wanted to over-build , they gave me an alternative that cost me less. They could have just taken my money, but cared enough to do the job right and save me money !

What can I say, the entire process of purchasing our RV from Cassone's was amazing. Everyone was professional but also so personal. Bob showed us the RV, took us on a test drive and sold us on the Tiffin bus they had on consignment. Bob was not your typical pushy salesman and was honest with us about the coach. Richard worked so patiently with us on the financing. Being self employed, loans take so many extra steps for approval and Richard was spot on with answers for the lender. We came back a week later for a part to be replaced that they hadn't received before we picked up the RV. Service was performed quickly and efficiently. But not only that, the guys in service helped my husband with our towbar and even helped us out with some equipment. All the techs, Micah, Greg and Brad? helped us with getting to know our coach and were patient and knowledgeable throughout entire the process. Top Notch Place. Thank you Cassone's!

I bought a new motorhome on March 12, 2018, in hopes of not having to deal with problems a previous owner might have had. The interior and exterior was new. Everything was great until 2022. Things begin falling apart inside, and the exterior started looking crappy because its decals were peeling and rolling like sunburn skin. It took three months for me to rip these decals from my motorhome using every possible method. It looked better without decals for three years until the silky decal shine begin to fad. I did a lot of research, contacted, and spoke to many Rv Service Center manager and employees offering wraps, custom painting, and full body painted graphics. I had never had a vehicle painted before; had no idea what it entailed. How long it would take, and no color preference. My only desire was to have my motorhome look better than it currently did. During my first conversion with Chad, I was hooked. He was profession, very confident in his abilities to repair any damage, and preform a magnificent paint job on my motorhome which I would love. After that, I called Chad on several occasions asking one question after another because I needed to understand how you paint an RV. Each time, he was very patient even sending text explaining things in detail. When I arrived to drop my motorhome off on February 19, 2024. I felt like I was meeting an old friend. He was welcoming and had a big smile on his face. We did a walk-around of my motorhome as he pointed out exterior damages he planned to repair. Finally, he asked, what color do you want it painted? I don’t know. Maybe white, I replied. No, not white he said. I would recommend painting it light brown, and I am sure you are going to love it when I am done, he replied. Okay, that find, I said. Just thinking about my motorhome, I called Chad on March 8th to see if we needed to discuss anything else and was shocked to discover from Rich my motorhome was ready for pickup. No, I have a 30-day contract with this hotel because we didn’t discuss how long the job would take. So, if I leave any time before March 19th, I will have to pay a hefty cancellation fee. Okay, you can come over and look at it and pay for the service. Also, you can leave your motorhome here as long as needed, Rich said. Upon arrival, I met Micah another welcoming employee with a big smile. We chatted as Micah led me around the back of the office. Okay, I am ready where is my motorhome? You are standing behind it, Micah replied laughing. I was shocked. On my, this is my motorhome. It looks so different. Gosh it is beautiful, I said. I am glad you like it Micah, Chad will be here soon, he replied. Micah since you are here, can you look at two additional inside problems and determine if you can repair those? Sure, lead the way, he replied. The backsplash for the stove keeps falling from the wall during travel, although my South Dakota Camping World had reinstalled it twice. After looking at the backsplash Micah came up with an ingenious fix. He felt the best solution was to remove the double face tape from the backsplash and replace it with silicone and use clips to secure it which was a prefect fix. Also, the entrance steps to the motorhome was damaged by a high street parking lot entranceway and the locking clip was ripped off. The fix was to straighten the frame and install a locking clip on the top step. Now, every time I look at my motorhome an immediate smile appears on my face. Because my motorhome looks better now than it looked when I purchased it in 2018. Chad, you deserve, and I give many kudos to you for a well-done body repair and paint job. As well as thank you for compassion shown beyond services performed on my vehicle. I will never forget, you driving me to a nearby gas station in my motorhome to alleviate a stressful trip looking for a station in the mist of road construction to top-off my gas tank prior to leaving Mesa on March 19th. Further, it was a pleasure meeting you, Rich, and Micah. Further, kudos to you Micah as well. Great Customer Service.

Great Service! We have taken the RV in on several occasions. This time we had an unexpected issue with our door right before our trip and they got us on the schedule and fixed issue the same day. Chad is extremely knowledgeable and always honest. We appreciate how he and his team take care of our coach. We highly recommend for RV repairs!

The staff at Cassones RV were very professional in working with us on the purchase of a Travel Trailer. The sales person worked with our offer and counter offer with the consignment owner to reach an acceptable amount to finalize the deal. This was only the the beginning for us due to modifications that we needed to make the Trailer Trailer more ADA accessible. The technician was very helpful in his recommendations to ideas we both shared in changes that needed to be done to the Travel Trailer. The parts the Technician ordered came in a very timely manner and were installed in a very professional way. Today when we came in to pickup the Travel Trailer the Technician and his staff spent almost three hours going over all the modifications and operational features for this Trailer. The final price for the added modifications which included parts and labor was more than fair. I would just like to say in closing that if in the future I have a need for another RV or any service I would highly recommend Cassones RV. A very satisfied customer.

The entire process was so easy. Richard was amazing at the financial portion and so accommodating at starting the process before we even saw the rig as we were 350 miles away. Can't really say, I just dropped our rv off to have them fix the roof that was ripped off during a wind storm. But very nice and helpful when I dropped it off.

While traveling across country in our motor home, we experienced a problem with one of our slides. We contacted Cassones RV and they got us in the following day. Chad, the service Manager assessed the slide issue and ordered the necessary parts. A day later we brought our rig in and Chad, Micah, & Michael worked diligently on our slide and went above and beyond to fix our slide and get us back on the road. Chad was a pleasure to work with. Top notch! Class act! Start to finish I don’t have enough good things to say about Cassones!! We took our diesel pusher in because on our trip to AZ and both air conditioners went out and then the fridge called it quits! Such a stressful thing that was made SO much easier and more pleasant by Chad and his team at Cassones! They were honest and communicated with us every step of the way! Their pricing was also very fair!! Because we were traveling in out rolling home they took care of us as quickly as possible and we only had to stay one night in a hotel! No hassle sales, helpful staff.

I have had 2 trailers taken to Cassones and have had a great experience both times. The techs are very knowledgeable with all the ins and outs of travel trailers, toy haulers, and RVs. They are also very gentle in pointing out user error when the problem wasn't the trailer.

Bought a very used RV from Bob (1995) to move to Oregon with. It made it no problem. They made a fix on the day allowing me to take off after car blew up week before we had to move. Thanks Bob.

Our experience with Cassones RV was exceptional. They stayed in touch with us and went over and above when we received an offer on our 2020 38 ft Motorhome. They installed a rooftop air conditioner and backup camera for us and we're very happy with the service and quality of work performed. We're recommending Chad and the staff at Cassones to anyone in need of RV service. They even cleaned our van before returning it to us!

Chad HOOKED me up! I need a fast turn around on a repair. I bring it in on Wednesday and he had it fixed by Thursday. Next day! Saved my renters vacation. Now this is my go to place for all my Travel Trailer repairs.

We needed to have the braking system installed on our vehicle that we are towing behind our motorcoach and these guys knocked it out of the park! We purchased a 2003 Newell in Nov. 2016 that was well represented. The total purchasing experience went very smoothly and at a fair price. As with any purchase of this magnitude, there some minor functional issues that were immediately addressed with very satisfactory results. Richard can best be described as a blue collar owner whose mission is a satisfied customer. Also and most importantly, he demands the same of his very competent sraff and technicians. Wow! Overall best rv center I've visited! 10/10 service and prices

Today was my first visit to Cassone's RV. I wasn't on the lot but a couple of minutes and I was greeted by Misty who is part of the sales team. Misty has a great personality that made me feel very comfortable. She then showed me several of their Class A Motor Homes. Misty was able to answer all my question and took some information from me that might help her In finding Me what I am looking for. What I enjoyed the most was absolutely no Pressure to buy anything. I also met The Owner, Richard who also made me feel right at Home. I will be going back...

We had a most bizarre experience. Our RV slide actually fell off its slide guide and would not retract. We contacted two RV repair facilities who sent out representatives who said the work could only be performed in their shop. Ever try to get an RV moving with its slide extended? Doesn't work. We called smooth finish. Their rep came out, evaluated the issue, and told us he'd be back in a few hours. He returned with two other technicians, winches, jacks, and a variety of other equipment. Within a half hour, our slide was in. The cost was very reasonable. We drove to their shop and completed the repair better than new. They reinforced the slide mechanism (something the manufacturer should have done to begin with) and billed our insurance. Excellent shop, great guys, fair price. Unheard of in RV repair!

We purchased a used 5th wheel in February 2013 when this business was called Smooth Finish RV. They were amazing! There was no high pressure sales tactics-we were shown the units in our price range by a very knowlegable salesman and ended up buying a very nice unit for a very fair price. While we were signing the papers, a glanced out the window and saw the unit being towed to the service area where it was given a very thorough inspection to ensure everything worked on it - every light switch, door, window, drawer etc. Also, even though the unit was very clean when we looked at it, it was detailed again including carpet cleaning, washing and canopy cleaning. It was emmaculate! We asked if the unit could be delivered the next day as I had to leave town for a couple of weeks and my wife would be on her own. Rocky who delivers the units rearranged his work schedule to accomodate our request and bright and early he delivered the unit to our resort lot as promised. Before he left, he gave me a thorough walk through of all the systems and helped me hook it up. We had driven our motorhome down to Phoenix and now had to find a place to store it until our trip back home at the end of April. They stored our motorhome from February til the end of April at no charge and even washed it and charged the batteries when we picked it up for our trip home! I would recommend this business without hesitation. If you want to see how a business should treat it's customers, stop in here-you won't be disappointed!!.

While the technicians appear qualified, some in management do a poor job of communicating with their customers. All communication must be initiated by the customer, and I feel that important things might never be done without continuous prodding by that customer. To me this is a serious deficiency.
